Cancellation and Refund Policy

Customers may cancel their service booking within 24 hours of making the reservation without any penalty.
2. Cancellation Fees

Cancellations made after 24 hours from booking will incur a 20% cancellation fee of the total service cost.
3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only applicable for cancellations made within the 24-hour cancellation period.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days and credited back to the original method of payment.
4. Non-Refundable Services

All ticket purchases and booking purchases are strictly non-refundable and non-deferrable.
