Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Cancellation Period

  • Customers may cancel their service booking within 24 hours of making the reservation without any penalty.

2. Cancellation Fees

  • Cancellations made after 24 hours from booking will incur a 20% cancellation fee of the total service cost.

3. Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds are only applicable for cancellations made within the 24-hour cancellation period.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days and credited back to the original method of payment.

4. Non-Refundable Services

  • All ticket purchases and booking purchases are strictly non-refundable and non-deferrable.

6. Changes to Reservations

  • Requests to change reservation dates or times must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service.
