Cancellation & Refund Policy

(Not applicable for intangible/digital products)

1. Cancellation Prior to Shipment

  • Customers may cancel an order before the goods are shipped from our warehouse.

  • A cancellation request must be submitted via email to bkpartwithyou@gmail.com.

  • For the best chance of cancellation before shipment, we recommend submitting your request within 12 hours of placing the order.

  • Once the cancellation is confirmed, a full refund will be initiated.


2. Return Policy (After Shipment/Receipt of Goods)

All goods sold are non-refundable, except in the following cases:

  1. Failed Delivery – The item was not delivered.

  2. Wrong Delivery – The item delivered does not match the order.

  3. Damaged Goods – The item is damaged upon receipt.

Additional conditions:

  • Only items purchased directly from https://www.bkpart2u.com are eligible for return.

  • Products purchased through other retailers must follow the respective retailer’s return policy.

Eligible Return Scenarios:

  • Incorrect Item

    • Wrong product received.

    • Wrong size or color (different from order summary).

    • Missing items in the package.

  • Damaged Item

    • Product is found damaged upon delivery.

    • Product has been tampered with, refurbished, or modified.

Return Requirements:

  • Items must be returned within 7 working days of receipt (proof required via postal/courier receipt).

  • Proof of purchase (order invoice/receipt) must be provided.

  • Items must be in new condition, returned in their original packaging, including any free gifts received.

  • Packaging must not be defaced, marked, or used.

  • Items must be returned in the original box or suitable protective packaging.

⚠️ Note:

  • Customers are responsible for all shipping charges for returned goods.

  • Cancellations due to “change of mind” are not accepted once payment is confirmed.

  • BKPART TRADING reserves the right to reject any cancellation or refund request that is deemed unreasonable or does not meet the above requirements.


3. Refund Process

  • Refunds will only be processed after the returned goods are received and verified by our returns center.

  • If approved, a full refund will be issued using the same method of payment:

    • Online Bank Transfer: Refunds credited within 3–5 working days.

    • Credit Card: Refunds processed through the issuing bank (timeline may vary by bank).
