Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Address

Orders will only be shipped to the billing/shipping address provided at the time of purchase.

Customers must provide a valid address and reachable phone number when placing an order.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or invalid addresses.

If an incorrect address is provided and goods are returned to us, re-delivery will be subject to additional shipping charges, which will be disclosed before a second delivery attempt.
2. Change of Shipping Address

Requests to change the shipping address must be sent to bkpartwithyou@gmail.com within 12 hours of placing the order.

Requests made after 24 hours of order confirmation may incur additional shipping charges, which will be borne by the customer.
3. Shipping Time

Standard delivery time is 2–5 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

Deliveries are made during business hours (9:00 am – 5:00 pm) on weekdays only.

Delivery times may vary depending on product availability, courier service, and destination.
4. Tracking Number

Once your order has been picked up by our shipping partner, a tracking ID will be provided via email, SMS, or mobile app notification.

Customers can track their shipments directly through the courier’s system.

For intangible products or services, confirmation of order and proof of purchase (invoice or delivery order) will be sent via email/SMS.
5. Policy Amendments
