Shipping Policy

(Not applicable for intangible/digital products)

1. Shipping Address

  • Orders will only be shipped to the billing/shipping address provided at the time of purchase.

  • Customers must provide a valid address and reachable phone number when placing an order.

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or invalid addresses.

  • If an incorrect address is provided and goods are returned to us, re-delivery will be subject to additional shipping charges, which will be disclosed before a second delivery attempt.


2. Change of Shipping Address

  • Requests to change the shipping address must be sent to bkpartwithyou@gmail.com within 12 hours of placing the order.

  • Requests made after 24 hours of order confirmation may incur additional shipping charges, which will be borne by the customer.


3. Shipping Time

  • Standard delivery time is 2–5 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

  • Deliveries are made during business hours (9:00 am – 5:00 pm) on weekdays only.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on product availability, courier service, and destination.


4. Tracking Number

  • Once your order has been picked up by our shipping partner, a tracking ID will be provided via email, SMS, or mobile app notification.

  • Customers can track their shipments directly through the courier’s system.

  • For intangible products or services, confirmation of order and proof of purchase (invoice or delivery order) will be sent via email/SMS.


5. Policy Amendments

  • BKPART TRADING reserves the right to amend this Shipping Policy when necessary, without prior notice to customers.
